Walk it Out
Today is FitnessĀ Friday!!!
So here’s the deal, whether you’ve been working out for years, just getting started, or contemplating the start of a new fitness regimen there’s no doubt about it, walking is one of the best forms of exercise there is. It’s easy on the joints, you can go solo or in a group, and best of all it’s FREE!!!
A brisk morning walk can help loosen the joints from overnight stiffness and energize you for the day. An evening stroll can help reduce stress levels, and if you’re trying to shed a few pounds it can certainly help with that too.
